5 Mins With Ltd is the data controller. We are registered with the ICO. Contact: privacy@5minswith.com.

What we collect: Your name, email and phone number; the first name, age and notes you provide about your child; payment confirmation from Stripe (we never see card numbers); call metadata; and a recording of the call, which we make so we can offer you a keepsake copy afterwards.
Why: To deliver and personalise the call (contract), to send booking communications (contract), to keep children safe (legitimate interests), and marketing only with your consent.
Who processes it: Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony), OpenAI (live call audio, processed in real time and not retained), Resend (email), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database). All under contract.
How long: Santa’s notes until 31 January following the season. Phone numbers 30 days after the call. Recordings 90 days. Payment records 6 years for tax law.
Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email privacy@5minswith.com. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies: Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your booking, your cookie choice and, if you arrived through a partner’s link, which partner sent you so they can be thanked (30 days, first-party, no tracking across other sites). Analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept all”. You can change your choice by clearing cookies for this site.
Children: We collect children’s information only from a parent or guardian, use it only to personalise the call, and never use it for marketing or profiling.
