Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings made on 5minswith.com with 5 Mins With Ltd (“we”).

1. Each booking buys one live call of approximately five minutes, starting at the chosen time on the chosen date, in UK time.
2. Each call is live and unscripted. We do not guarantee any particular content, and Santa will never promise gifts.
3. You must be 18 or over, and a responsible adult must be present for the call.
4. If we fail to deliver the call for reasons within our control, you may rebook free of charge or receive a full refund.
5. Santa always places the call. If you miss both attempts, you may rebook once free of charge, subject to availability. No refund is due.
6. You may change your time up to two hours before the call from your booking page. Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are refunded in full.
7. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel. By booking a call within that period you agree we may begin the service, and the right to cancel ends once the call has taken place.
8. Calls are recorded. A keepsake copy may be offered to you after the call for a separate fee. Recordings are for personal use only and are deleted after 90 days unless purchased.
9. Gift calls: a gift buys one call of the stated value, redeemable for any available time up to 31 December 2026 by whoever holds the code. Premium days cost the difference. Unredeemed gifts can be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of purchase, or at any time before 20 December on request. A gift cannot be exchanged for cash. Donated calls are passed to families through partner organisations at our discretion and are not refundable once allocated.
10. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
